Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about campus document printing at Uttara University.
How does UUPrint work?
UUPrint is an independent student-run service for Uttara University. You order online today (upload your PDF, choose pages and print settings, and pay ৳3/page via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). The student operator prints your documents overnight and brings them to campus the next day to hand them over to you.
How much does printing cost?
UUPrint charges only ৳3 per page for single-sided printing, and ৳6 for double-sided (duplex) sheets. Transparent student pricing with zero minimum orders or surprise fees.
Where and when do I get my prints?
Orders placed today are printed overnight and brought to Uttara University campus tomorrow. The student operator meets you on campus for direct in-person handover. You can monitor order status on your dashboard and coordinate on WhatsApp.
Is this an instant printing kiosk?
No. It is a scheduled next-day service operated by an Uttara University student. Because printing is managed overnight off-campus and delivered the next day, we keep costs low at ৳3/page.
How do I pay or add balance to my wallet?
Visit your dashboard, click Top Up, and send the amount via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Paste your transaction ID to verify. Your wallet balance updates promptly so you can place print orders anytime.
Are my uploaded files secure and private?
Yes. Your uploaded files are stored in private cloud storage and can only be accessed by your student account and the student operator to fulfill your print job.
