1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UUPrint (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our printing service.

2. Student Service Scope & Campus Handover

UUPrint operates as a student-run printing and pickup service specifically tailored for Uttara University campus life.

• Turnaround Time: Standard orders placed before the nightly cutoff are printed overnight and prepared for campus handover the following working day.
• Campus Pickup: Students must select an active campus pickup location when placing an order. You are responsible for meeting the operator during scheduled handover windows.
• Notification: When your documents are printed and ready, you will receive status updates in your dashboard and via your registered phone number.

3. Pricing, Payments & Wallet Balance

Print prices are set affordably for students:

• Standard B&W prints start at ৳3/page single-sided and ৳6/sheet double-sided.
• Prepaid wallet balances are non-transferable and can only be used for printing services on UUPrint.
• All prices and delivery fees are clearly itemized before order submission.

4. Document Content & Acceptable Use

UUPrint is intended for academic assignments, lab manuals, presentations, course handouts, and student administrative paperwork. You agree NOT to upload:

• Content that violates copyright laws or intellectual property rights without appropriate fair-use permission.
• Defamatory, illegal, obscene, or fraudulent material.
• Malicious files or corrupted payloads intended to compromise printer equipment or servers.

5. Cancellation & Reprint Policy

Due to the on-demand nature of physical printing:

• Orders that have already entered printing or completed cannot be cancelled for a refund.
• If a print defect occurs due to our printer equipment (e.g. paper jam, low toner streak), our campus operator will reprint the affected pages free of charge upon inspection during handover.
